Small changes can really make you and your life transform. It's important to continue growing and it's also important to make positive decisions. Here's a quick list of little habits we're trying to develop in order to be more successful:
1) Early To Bed = Early To Rise: This one is rouuughhh for both of us. We are usually late nighters. We're in the process of developing this habit...sooo there's that. Right now we're not even getting the full 8 hours, but that's something we have to work on.
2) Healthy Diet: Pablo's got this down. Remember our post about insecurities? One of Pablo's insecurities was his waistline...but he's lost weight and is continuing to due to what he's eating. Jenny, on the other hand, is in the process of eating healthier. A few weeks ago her diet consisted of crackers, buffalo dip, hot wings, chips, and chocolate...and bacon. Total fail. Now she's eating fruit in the morning, slicing up peppers, tomatoes, and onions to snack on, is drinking more water, and is decreasing the junk food intake.
3) Create A Schedule: It may seem like we are always together, but we're actually not. With Pablo working, exercising, prepping meals, doing music ministry, etc. and Jenny working as a full time student, completing homework, editing photos, working on her clothing line, etc., it's extremely difficult to plan for this blog. So with that being said, we have a schedule. M W F = work/school days || T Th Sun = photography/homework days || Th = recording || Sat: Hang out day.|| That's basically the gist of everything (minus some details). It makes things a whole lot easier.
These are just three habits we're working on that we think could benefit everyone. We hope you enjoy this post as well as the outfits that go along with it. It's getting super cold so we were freezing when we took these in the morning. Thanks for your support, guys! God bless.
